A: Teach tap dancing

Q: How often do you work?
A: Once a week assisting and once a week teaching or as a substitute if needed.
Q: What do you enjoy about your job?
A: I get to be creative! Before we start preparing for our recitals, I focus on teaching new tap steps and combinations, but during recital time I have choreographed their dance. Teaching pushes me to be prepared and work on my communication skills.
Q: What are your co-workers like?
A: The other dance teachers are amazing. I’ve grown up dancing at the studio, so I’m friends with everyone I work with.
